Susan Swarts is the Administrative Director of DataX, responsible for administrative, financial, and operational functions. Susan has a Ph.D. in Higher Education and Organizational Change from UCLA and is a professional facilitator and trainer. Before returning to UCLA and Data X, she worked at the University of California, Berkeley as the Associate Librarian of Administrative Services and Organizational Effectiveness.
