DataX Town Halls with Jacob G. Foster and Mark L. Green

The Office of the Vice Chancellor for Research & Creative Activities invites you to attend a virtual town hall with Jacob G. Foster, assistant professor of sociology, and Mark L. Green, distinguished research professor of mathematics. Both serve as Special Advisors for Strategic Initiatives in Data Science and report to Vice Chancellor Wakimoto. They will discuss UCLA’s campus-wide DataX strategy, describing how UCLA might leverage advances in data science and AI to transform research, creative activities, and education across disciplines. This event is open to the UCLA community. An RSVP is required.
